Restructuring and Turnaround management involves the review and analysis of a company to identify risks to its ongoing financial viability. This analysis will also identify the company’s strengths and areas in need of improvement. We then work with the company to develop and implement a comprehensive plan to restructure and stabilise the business to protect not only monetary value but also its reputation.


We are regularly called upon by companies, directors, lenders, shareholders, employees and creditor groups when a company: 

  • is experiencing financial distress and cash flow issues

  • has operational inefficiencies following changes in structure

  • has decreased viability as a result of non-favourable operational and economic factors eg: new competing products

  • management does not have the skill set to implement plans

  • requires support and assistance with negotiations for a business/ asset acquisition/ diversification
