Shumit Banerjee
Shumit is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty years of experience, particularly in areas of corporate restructuring, insolvency support and business consulting. He has worked at national accounting firms for over a decade, with extensive experience in distressed property workouts and pre-lending reviews. He has worked across a wide range of industries, including sports and community clubs, hospitality and construction.
Priding himself on his personalised and professional approach, Shumit understands that personal and business insolvency can be a stressful time. His innovative, commercial approach, combined with clear communication and skillful stakeholder management, ensures fast, high-value results for his clients.
Shumit regularly assists boards, creditors, shareholders, purchasers and other parties in dealing with financial challenges, and is particularly proud of the businesses he has helped to save from insolvency and return to stability.

Rajiv Ghedia
Rajiv is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Liquidator with over ten years of experience in assisting those who are experiencing financial difficulties across a range of industries including construction, professional services, retail, hospitality, franchises and transport. He has also prepared expert witness reports which have been used as evidence in Court proceedings.
During times of uncertainty and financial distress, Rajiv has a proven track record of being able to utilise his skillset and knowledge to formulate strategies to obtain the best outcome for all stakeholders.
